Before you commit a dollar to design, you'll know whether your lot works, what your home realistically costs, and how long it will take. If the numbers don't work, you find that out now, not later.

Design, Budgeting & Permitting
Your architecture, engineering, and selections get priced as they're decided. You approve a budget you can hold us to, and we carry every permit and town approval so you're not the one chasing City Hall.

Construction & Execution
You get your own login, a live schedule, and weekly progress updates. Anything that would move your cost or your date reaches you in writing before the work happens.

Completion, Handover & Warranty
You walk the punch list with us, receive a complete homeowner package — warranties, manuals, as-builts, finish specs — and keep a direct line to Vinny after move-in.
