About Us
Our Story
VS Construction began with a simple belief: the homebuilding experience should feel as elevated as the home itself. Vinny founded the company after seeing too many contractors cut corners, ignore communication, and leave clients unsure of what was happening with their own projects. From the start, he envisioned something bigger than a one-person operation—a company defined by discipline, transparency, and a luxury-level experience. Today, that vision is carried forward by a team committed to the same standard.
Our Philosophy
We build around two core principles: Quality and Communication.
Clients should always feel three things:
- Right Investment
- Hands of Professionals
- They never have to Wonder What’s Going On.
- Peace of Mind is Our Benchmark.
Pre-Construction First
A structured planning phase that removes uncertainty and sets clear expectations from day one. Luxury starts here.
Constant, Proactive Communication
Updates, clarity, and transparency—every step of the way. No surprises.
A Transparent Process
Budgets, decisions, and timelines are openly shared so clients always know where their project stands.
A Luxury Experience
Just like a stay at the Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons, true luxury is how you feel throughout the journey—not only at the end.
